In that role her strengths shine through her writing, consulting with internal departments, her podcasts, and her project management of several internal focus groups. Additionally, she is the radio voice, voice over talent, and external podcast voice for 99% of Mission Health’s current ads. Employment Law Attorney Jonathan Yarbrough’s Advice on Startup Staffing

Jonathan Yarbrough (Jon), Partner of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP in Asheville, North Carolina shares (MP3 file below) his employment law advice for business startups including stories related to the mistakes and issues he’s encountered with startup businesses. Jon stresses,  multiple times during the interview, that founders need to understand and pay attention to wage and hours regulations to help prevent major law suits in the future.

The interview took place last week on September 7th. Prior to the interview Jon shared that he’s also a volunteer mentor for Venture Asheville.
