Jim Thayer is a successful entrepreneur and former President of Triple T Footwear. Jim started out at JCPenny as a Personnel Manager managing over 600 people before becoming a store Operations Manager for over 16 years. Jim then decided to go out on his own and got into children’s retail which turned into Triple T; a wholesale shoe supplier generating millions of dollars in revenue.
