Michael Luplow is a graduate of WCU under the Entrepreneurship program and used his degree to start his own dream! Michael is the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit FernLeaf Community Charter School located in Fletcher, NC. Michael gives some insightful advice on being in the Entrepreneur program and starting your own business. He also talks about the importance of being intentional when developing a mission statement & cultivating a positive culture within your organization and it’s employees.
