I recently sat down and had a conversation about recruiting with someone who does nothing but recruit A-Players for a living, Ken Greenwood. Ken, a University of Vermont Law School grad, found a niche recruiting support staff for high end corporate litigators. He’s been recruiting for over 20 years. Ken echoes many of the points Eric Herrenkohl makes in How to Hire A-Players, including always form a farm team and finding a place for an A-Player if you find one. Since my business, Abundance Business Solutions, will lean heavily on recruiting I imagine this won’t be the last time I have a chat with Ken!
