“Jay Rom, MBA, CPA has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, serving in executive leadership roles with a payer, a hospital, medical groups and an ambulatory surgery center company.   He was the Finance Director and Controller for Western Ohio Healthcare, a large HMO in Dayton, Ohio acquired by United Healthcare. He then served as Vice President of Physician Service for the Franciscan Health System. He has been CEO of Cardiology Associates of Cincinnati and CEO of Professional Radiology, Inc.
