I was privileged to interview and being mentored by a successful businessman-James Proeschel. Mr. Proeschel has had several businesses, owns a large strip mall in Ohio including Mini Storage units within. He has in the last 4 months also took his hand at being a land developer and bring to life a 40 log cabin subdivision in Murphy, NC 28906.
